We built the system we could not buy.
TRESSS began with a problem Andrew and Cecilia Heard could not solve by buying something. They wanted a movable pool floor for their own home, and nothing available in the United States met the standard they had in mind for engineering precision, architectural detailing or thermal performance. So they designed one.
The company that grew out of it manufactures movable pool floors, smart plunge pools and smart hot tubs from Indianapolis, for luxury homes and selected commercial projects. The name honours their three children, Sophia, Sebastian and Stefani, whose initials gave TRESSS its three esses.

Engineering first, then everything else.
Engineer it properly
The system had to be precise before it could be beautiful. Structure, mechanics and controls are designed to be lived with daily, not demonstrated once.
Build it to disappear
A TRESSS floor is detailed to sit inside the architecture, flush with the terrace and without the plant boxes and covers that usually give a pool away.
Stand behind it
We monitor our installations, service them regularly and answer for them afterwards. The relationship does not end when the water goes in.
